These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BuyDoubles platform and services, operated by Club Funding International Pty Ltd ("we", "us", "our", or "BuyDoubles"). By accessing or using our website (buydoubles.com.au) or platform (app.buydoubles.com.au), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

BuyDoubles provides a digital fundraising platform for rugby league clubs to run traditional football doubles competitions online. The service includes:

• A digital platform for supporters to subscribe to weekly doubles
• Automated weekly draw entry based on NRL game results
• Payment processing and prize distribution
• Marketing services to help clubs sell subscriptions
• Club dashboards for monitoring subscribers and draws

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use BuyDoubles. By subscribing or registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Subscription Terms

3.1 Subscription Structure

• Cost: $11.57 per week ($10.00 to prize pool + $0.99 platform fee + $0.58 Stripe payment processing fee)
• Duration: Season-long subscription covering 27 weeks (204 NRL regular season games + 3 State of Origin games + 1 Grand Final)
• Payment: Weekly automatic charges via Stripe

3.2 What Your Subscription Includes

Each subscription includes automatic entry into:

• 204 regular season NRL game draws (6-9 draws per week)
• 3 State of Origin draws
• 1 Grand Final draw

3.3 How the Doubles Game Works

Traditional football doubles rules apply:

• Each subscriber is assigned two unique digits (0-9)
• The last digit of each team's score determines the winner
• If your two digits match the last digit of each team's score, you win that draw's prize
• If multiple subscribers win, the prize is split equally

3.4 Prize Pool

• Regular season games (204): $169 per draw (assumes 169 fully paid subscribers)
• State of Origin (3): $2,535 per draw
• Grand Final: $3,549
• Total season prize pool: $22,815 (50% of total subscriptions collected)

3.5 Payment Processing

• All payments are processed securely via Stripe
• You authorize us to charge your payment method weekly
• Your payment method must have sufficient funds at the time of each charge

3.6 Failed Payments

• If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry
• If multiple payments fail, your subscription may be suspended
• You are responsible for updating your payment information

3.7 Refunds

• Subscriptions are non-refundable once the season begins
• If you cancel before Round 1, you may receive a full refund
• Refunds are at our sole discretion

4. Club Responsibilities

Rugby league clubs using BuyDoubles agree to:

4.1 Provide Required Information

• Accurate club contact details (name, email, phone, ABN)
• Banking details for receiving payouts
• Marketing materials (logos, photos, supporter database)
• Access to club Facebook page for advertising

4.2 Marketing Cooperation

• Provide access to supporter email and SMS databases
• Approve marketing materials and ad campaigns
• Promote the digital doubles to their community
• Respond to inquiries within reasonable timeframes

4.3 Prize Distribution

• Clubs are responsible for paying out weekly prizes to winners
• BuyDoubles will transfer the club's 50% share of subscriptions weekly
• Clubs must maintain sufficient funds to cover prize payments

4.4 Compliance

• Ensure all activities comply with local laws and regulations
• Maintain appropriate insurance and legal documentation
• Do not misrepresent the service or make false claims

5. Subscriber Responsibilities

By subscribing, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain a valid payment method for weekly charges
• Notify us of any changes to your contact or payment information
• Not use the service for fraudulent or illegal purposes
• Not attempt to manipulate draws or game results

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, trademarks, and software on BuyDoubles are owned by Club Funding International Pty Ltd or our licensors. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission
• Use our trademarks or branding without authorization
• Reverse engineer or attempt to access our source code

6.2 Club Content

Clubs grant us a non-exclusive license to use their logos, photos, and marketing materials for the purpose of promoting their fundraising campaigns.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. We are not liable for:

• Service outages or technical issues
• Third-party service failures (Stripe, email providers, etc.)
• Internet connectivity issues

7.2 Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuyDoubles is not liable for:

• Lost profits or revenue
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Any damages exceeding the amount you paid in the last 12 months

7.3 No Warranty

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Club Funding International Pty Ltd, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your breach of these Terms
• Your use of the service
• Your violation of any laws or third-party rights

9. Termination

9.1 By You

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for weeks already paid.

9.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You breach these Terms
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Your payment method fails repeatedly
• We cease operations or discontinue the service

9.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your access to the platform will be revoked
• You will no longer be entered into future draws
• You remain eligible for prizes from draws you entered prior to termination

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Contact Us First

If you have a complaint or dispute, please contact us at [email protected]. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue within 30 days.

10.2 Mediation

If we cannot resolve the dispute directly, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms on our website
• Sending an email notification (for significant changes)
• Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page

Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and BuyDoubles regarding your use of the service.
